For advertised events...

For your event, if you intend to advertise the artist's performance (television, radio, newspapers, Internet, etc.) and open it to the general public, please use the proper form that is designed specifically for "public" events.

Private (by-invitation-only) functions may make public announcements of the artist's performance - and still be called "private", if the general public is not permitted to attend. However, if the public is permitted to watch or hear the artist's performance, it is referred to as a "public" event - and the proper form must be used.

Your budget level to hire talent must meet the minimum level that is posted on the form. If it does not, this company is unable to provide the services you seek.
